Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing and using the Aisthetix Virtual Try-On plugin for WooCommerce ("the Plugin"), and by connecting your store to the hosted Aisthetix service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Plugin or connect the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Plugin adds a virtual try-on to your WooCommerce product pages; a shopper uploads a photo and sees the garment on the page rendered onto them. The Plugin is a thin connector: the AI try-on runs on the hosted Aisthetix Service, not on your WordPress server, and the shopper's browser communicates directly with the Service. Results are AI-generated and illustrative only.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Billing is handled by Aisthetix through our payment processor (Stripe). You choose, upgrade, downgrade, and cancel your plan from the Aisthetix dashboard.
• A free plan is available at no cost and includes 10 try-ons per month. It requires no payment method and carries no trial and no usage charges.
• Each paid plan includes a 30-day free trial, capped at 50 try-ons. The trial ends when either the 30 days or the 50 try-ons run out, whichever comes first. After the trial you are billed every 30 days at the recurring price for your selected plan: $24.99 Starter, $49.99 Growth, $149.99 Business (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Each paid plan includes a fixed number of try-ons per billing period (150 Starter, 300 Growth, 1,000 Business).
• Try-ons beyond the included quota are billed as usage charges at $0.18 each on Starter, $0.14 on Growth and $0.10 on Business, up to a maximum monthly amount you approve. You are never charged above the cap you approved. When the cap is reached, the try-on entry point is automatically hidden on your storefront until the next billing period or until you raise the cap.
• You may cancel at any time from the Aisthetix dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policy; contact us with any billing questions.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Plugin or Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent quotas or billing mechanisms.
• Upload offensive, illegal, or third-party infringing images.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

5. AI-Generated Results

Results produced by the Service are AI approximations only. We make no warranty of accuracy, realism, or suitability, and results are not a guarantee of real-life appearance or fit.

6. Data Protection

Personal data relating to your customers and storefront visitors is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. With respect to that data, you act as the data controller and Aisthetix acts as your processor, processing it only on your behalf and documented instructions to provide the virtual try-on service and, where you enable them, the effectiveness metrics described in the Privacy Policy. We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures and assist you with data-subject requests.

7. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisthetix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Plugin or Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin or Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
